Founder
Dr. Lily Russell was awared her Ph.D. in educational pyschology from The Pennsylvania State University in 2025. Her research focused on strategies for balancing multiple goals among adult online learners. While pursuing her PhD, she worked at Penn State World Campus for 5 years during which time she developed a wide range of skills in process optimization and automation. The opportunities for collaboration and consultation in this role helped spark her passion to continue using these skills after graduation!
